To discuss a commission, contact me with the following info:

-Your name

-The type of commission you want

-A clear description of what you want and picture references of your character (I CANNOT work from text descriptions alone)

-Acknowledgment that you have read my TOS and understand what is written

All commissions will be paid in USD via Paypal invoice. I am NOT currently accepting payments with virtual currencies (such as DA Points) at this time.

You will have 10 days from receiving the invoice to pay me. Failure to pay me within this time window will result in me dropping your commission and giving your slot to someone else. If you need a bigger time window to pay please discuss this with me before I send you the invoice.

All commissions must be paid in full up front before I begin work. If we are friends or you are a trusted commissioner, I am willing to work out payment plans for commissions over $30.

Work on the commission will not begin until I am paid.

During the sketch phase I will send you a watermarked, preliminary sketch before I begin the lineart and coloring stages. At this time you will be allowed to request for a few adjustments before I move on to the inking stage. After you confirm the sketch I will NOT make any major additional changes to the lines of the artwork.

I will try my best to keep you updated during the process of creating your commission. However, if you would like an update feel free to message me at anytime.

While I will strive to get your commission done within a month please understand that I can have a very busy schedule at times. Please have patience while I work to complete your commission. If I cannot complete your commission in a reasonable amount of time for you, please contact me so that we may discuss issuing you a refund.

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at anytime and for any reason. If I chose to cancel your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you, the commissioner, wish to cancel your commission and obtain a refund you must message me so that we may discuss canceling your commission. Full refunds will only be given if I have finished less than 50% of the original ordered commission, otherwise you will receive a partial refund.

If you file a chargeback against me your commission will be immediately canceled and you will be blacklisted from purchasing any future artwork from me.

Once a commission is completed and delivered refunds will NOT be issued.

I hold all copyrights over my artwork and reserve the right to use your commissions in portfolios, advertising, ect.

All commissions will be posted to my social media sites unless requested otherwise. There is no penalty or additional charge for private commissions.

Commissioned art is for PERSONAL USE only.

You may repost or share the watermarked version of commissioned artwork as long as appropriate credit is given to me. I consider "appropriate credit" to be a direct link back to one of my socials.

You may NOT trace, edit, or otherwise modify my work.

Commissioned art may NOT be used in commercial purposes in any way. This means you may not use my work to make charms, stickers, prints, NFTs, ect.

Failure to follow these terms will result in me revoking your right to use any commissioned work.

I expect you to put in equal effort to your part as you want me to put into my part. This means If you would like me to draw you a fully colored fullbody drawing of a character, I will expect the same in return. If I feel like you are not putting in equal effort I will cancel the trade.

I require clear visual references in order to draw your character. I am not willing to work from text descriptions alone.

Private trades are allowed as long as I am informed of this beforehand.

Your part of the trade must be 100% your work. This means I will not accept art that uses premade bases/lineart or is traced from photos you do not own or other people's work. (Tracing your own photos and materials is allowed.)

I will not deliver my finished part of the trade until you are done with yours. Heavily watermarked wips will still be given upon request for proof I am working on my part.

I will try to finish my part within a month. However, real life might get in the way of this so please be patient with me. If you feel like I am working too slow you may cancel the trade with no penalties.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a trade for ANY reason.
